Wellington Greens Planned Community, Inc.
I am Jamie Tyndall, current board president and fellow resident. On behalf of the entire neighborhood association’s board of directors I would like to thank you for choosing our community to call home.
The community was established by a developer known as S & A Custom Homes in 1999. Our 163 properties are included in the “Wellington Greens Planned Community Inc.” and governed by a volunteer board of directors who meet periodically to manage the affairs of the community. The board is charged with a variety of responsibilities including common area maintenance, enforcement of our bylaws and rules, and coordination of community events.
Exterior improvements to properties in our community are to adhere to standards approved for homes here. Before you start an exterior improvement project, our Architectural Review Board is to be notified and its' approval is required before you begin. They'll work with you to ensure that colors match our approved color selections, and that you have necessary township permits. Some examples of projects to be approved are replacing doors/windows/shutters, changes to your driveway (widening, etc), installation of pools or sheds, replacing your siding or changing exterior colors in any way, and lots more.
